Specifics on delivery
If you require your order urgently, please upgrade to Express Shipping. If you select Express shipping your parcel will be shipped with an Express service.
We use Australia Post tracked parcel post for most orders, and sometimes a courier for bulky items.
We ship from postcode 2095.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking details.
Please double check your address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.
We offer free local pickup at checkout.
We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $150.00. Please note this does not include bulky items. Due to their weight and size, bulky goods are excluded from our free delivery for orders over $150 offer and from any promotional free shipping offers. If the product/item is a considered a bulky good, this will be highlighted on the product page, please see note below re: rates.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (including but not limited to Christmas, Easter etc), due to weather, or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond the Tula Baba's reasonable control.
Standard Delivery: 3-13 business days, flat rates are applied based on weight or free for orders over $150*.
Express Delivery: Flat rates apply and 2-5 business days. Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for customers. Australia Post will continue to prioritise these deliveries but has removed the Express Post guarantee for the time being.

Free local delivery: available for orders over $49 and qualifying postcodes listed which are in close proximity to our Manly store 2094 and 2095. Local deliveries are delivered within 1-3 business days from the order being placed. If you need this by a certain date, please add a note to your order.

Same day dispatch
Orders received before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday - we will do our absolute best to dispatch your order from our store on the same day.
Click and Collect
Pick up online orders directly from our store at 53 Sydney Road, Manly, 2095, NSW. Orders are usually ready within 2-4 business hours and can be collected Monday - Saturday between 9:30 and 4pm or Sunday 9:30 - 12:30. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
Orders within Australia
Your goods will be delivered to the address you provide through our third party courier service aggregator Starshipit. Starshipit will provide tracking information. We accept no responsibility for any act or omission of Starshipit or any services procured through Starshipit including where such act or omission causes delay, damage or destruction to the Goods.
Free shipping is standard shipping using the right courier or postage services for your package. We work with freight partners Australia post, Fastway and Couriers Please.
All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.
We currently do not offer international shipping. This is something we are looking at longer term. If you would really like something shipped outside of Australia please contact us for a quote via firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. You can track the progress of your order by following the prompts from this confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your consignment number or have any questions about your shipped order, please email us at email@example.com and we can assist you with your enquiry.
Authority to leave
To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless there is a safe place to leave your order.
Due to the size and weight of a select number of items, there is a delivery charge for these Bulky Goods. This is a custom rate and will be added to your cart at checkout. Bulky goods delivery rates are also applied and charged separately to other items in your order so you will still be charged shipping for orders under $150.00.
Bulky Goods are excluded from our free delivery for orders over $150 offer and from any promotional free shipping offers.
Bulky Goods require a physical address to deliver to as we are not able to ship to a PO Box.
In the event that you purchase an item or a combination of items that become what we deem a bulky and heavy package, there may be additional postage charges applicable.
This is determined by a combination of the parcel weight and size and your location. We always do our best to secure the best rate for you, and we absorb shipping costs where we can to make it as affordable as possible for you too.
The possibility for additional postage rates for bulky items are stated on the product page. Unfortunately we cannot cancel and refund an order for this reason.
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
