Orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel, Australia My Post Business or Fastway. Please see our delivery details page for further information on dispatch times in your area for each delivery method.
To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
From time to time, we offer pre-order items. This means we have guaranteed stock on its way from our supplier and allows customers to secure one of these sought after items.
As the item is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.
This date is an expected delivery date given to us by the supplier. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.

All preorders are final and non-refundable.
We aim to always be in stock of our products, but from time to time we may sell out. To be notified when the product is coming back, simply go to the product page and sign up to the 'out of stock' notification by entering your email address. Packaging and gift wrapping

If your order is a gift, you have the option to write a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in the Gift Message field and we will write a gift card to the recipient. We will email you a copy of your order confirmation, so you have this as a record of purchase.
