Items purchased during December can be returned until 15 January 2024.

Exclusions apply to Christmas specific items.

General

We want you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase/s. If for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you are unhappy with it in anyway, it can be returned for an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is as new and in saleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or credit:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of being received by you.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us ASAP upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that all postage costs are payable by you. Once the item/s is/are received, a store credit will be issued and you may place a new order for the replacement items using the code given. 

How to return your items for change of mind/change of size

  1. For any exchange, credit or refund enquires please email us at hello@tulababa.com with your name, contact details and your order number, with a short explanation on the item/s you are wanting exchanged or refunded for.
  2. Please do not DM us on Instagram with order enquiries as it is very difficult to keep track of all of them and we will direct you to email.
  3. Once we have accepted your return based on the conditions above, we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  4. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
  5. Once we have received your returned item and conditions have been met, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.
  6. Please note, If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.

Faulty items

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Tula Baba makes great effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty.

We will refund or replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at hello@tulababa.com about the fault.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. 

We highly recommend sending back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail!

Please note that there are items that are not eligible for a return due to safety and sanitary reasons, so please choose carefully. These categories include but are not limited to;

  • Bassinets
  • Mattresses
  • Play Mats
  • Dummies
  • Bottles
  • Intimates
  • Butterfly maternity pillow
  • Teethers

Exceptions will be granted if Tula Baba is at fault, for example for any faulty products or dispatch errors. If you have received a faulty item please contact us via hello@tulababa.com with your order number and images of the fault.

Tula Baba does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final.
