Shipping policy

For your safety all orders are packed in our store with full safety and hygiene measures in place. Your order is then securely collected by our courier drivers while following social distancing precautions. 

Just to be safe, when you receive your order we recommend that you discard all outer packing and dispose of this outside, then wash your hands before unpacking the remainder of your parcel. We will work as quickly as possible to get your orders to you, but please bear in mind that there may be minor delays due to couriers or processing time. Specifics on delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time frames provided to you at all times however we do not guarantee delivery at a specific day or time as per our terms and conditions.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Tuesday – Friday). Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to weather, or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond the tula baba's reasonable control. 

Shipping

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend.
Please note that we endeavour to ship your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following week. We are closed on Mondays but will do our utmost to get your order out. During high traffic times (including but not limited to Christmas, Easter etc), shipping may take longer than usual. Orders within Australia 

Your Goods will be delivered to the address you provide through our third party courier service aggregator Starshipit. Starshipit will provide tracking information. We accept no responsibility for any act or omission of Starshipit or any services procured through Starshipit including where such act or omission causes delay, damage or destruction to the Goods. Please refer to Starshipit with any enquiries or complaints arising with shipping.

Free shipping is standard shipping using the right courier or postage services for your package. We work with freight partners Australia post, Fastway and Couriers Please. 

All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. You can track the progress of your order by following the prompts from this confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your consignment number or have any questions about your shipped order, please email us at orders@tulababa.com and we can assist you with your enquiry.

Authority to leave

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'. If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This may be by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions.In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery. 

Click and collect

Pick up online orders from our store at  53 Sydney Road, Manly, 2095, NSW.  Orders are usually ready within 4 business hours of placing and can be collected Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 9:30am-4pm.  You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.

Bulky goods

Due to the size and weight of a very select number of items (Cots and Bassinets, Highchairs and Prams ), there will be a delivery charge based on the state you reside for these Bulky Goods. This will automatically be calculated and added to your cart at checkout. Bulky Goods require a physical address to deliver to as we are not able to ship to a PO Box. Bulky Goods are also excluded from free returns.
