Throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, your breasts go through some tender moments. If you desire the cooling sensation of an ice pack or the gentle warming of a heat pack, then don’t despair ladies, BodyICE has you covered!
Each BodyICE Woman breast pad has been designed to fit comfortably inside your bra and around your nipples. The simple design can be placed inside your bra, working as either an ice pack or heat pack that fits comfortably over your breasts.
The breast pads provide relief from soreness associated with a number of breast-related ailments. These include breast surgery, breast feeding, blocked milk ducts, engorgement and general soreness.

2 x washable breast sleeves
How to use
Heat or cool the BodyICE Woman® range as per the following instructions.
Cold Therapy
Place in freezer without disposable sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved. Once your ice pack begins losing temperature, repeat this process until the desired level of cooling is achieved.
Heat Therapy
Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.
- 700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds
- 1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds
- 1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds
Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided and place directly on breasts inside bra. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.
Care
Wash with warm soapy water.
Material
The gel inserts are made from non-toxic gel beads and are TGA certified which means you don't need to fill your breast pads with ice or warm water in order to use them. Outer sleeves are also disposable and hygienic.
