You’ve entered the home stretch, and your body is doing incredible things. Raspberry leaf has been traditionally used in late pregnancy to help tone the uterus in preparation for birth and support postpartum healing.

Created by a naturopath and midwife, this blend is designed to:

  • Support the uterus as it prepares for labour
  • Provide a grounding, daily ritual in the lead-up to birth
  • Continue into postpartum to aid recovery and rest

We recommend starting with one cup per day from 32 weeks, increasing gradually as advised by your care provider:

Week 32–34: 1 cup daily

Week 35–36: 2 cups daily

Week 37–40: 2–3 cups daily

Continue after birth to support recovery.
